Update Documentation for New Pipelines Approach

In response to the enhancements in our onboarding process, including the ability to redefine and update pipeline configurations, there is a need to update our documentation on https://docs.kuberocketci.io/. This will ensure it accurately reflects the new features and guides users on utilizing them effectively.

Implementation Plan:

• Review current documentation, identifying areas requiring updates.
• Update sections to include information on the new dialog window for pipeline configuration, the 'View Diagram' feature, and updating pipeline configurations for onboarded codebases.
• Incorporate visual aids and examples.
