Update namespace list for the Users with cluster-admin permissions

When a user with cluster admin permissions modifies the default and allowed namespaces in the krci Portal's account settings, the displayed list of namespaces does not refresh automatically to show these updates. As a result, the user must manually refresh the page to view the changes, which can cause confusion.

Acceptance Criteria

1. After a user updates the default and allowed namespaces in the account settings, the namespaces list should automatically refresh or update to display the changes.
2. The user should not need to refresh the page to see the updated namespaces list manually.
3. Ensure the refresh or update mechanism does not cause performance issues or significantly affect the portal's user experience.
4. This fix should be tested across browsers to ensure compatibility and functionality.
