Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I tried to start working with syndicate on my local dev environment - localstack. It is not possible to create initial config with different endpoint.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have an '--endpoint' option when call 'syndicate generate ...' to allow internal queries talk to different endpoints.
