While verification of epam/ai-dial-chat#1481 ticket ([Publication]: Error notifications adjustment) I noticed that not user-friendly errors are received. There are the whole path (e.g. rules/public/) and %20 instead of space.
Please see the screenshot:

Expected result: to be discussed. The error message should be user-friendly explaining the cause of the error. Draft option is to leave the file name/folder name.. etc.
