[Applications]: Changes are not displayed on the card form when edit application #2665

EPAM AI DIAL chat version

0.21.0

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
there is created custom application with icon and version 0.0.1

Steps:

  1. open Edit custom app form
  2. change version filed to 0.0.2
  3. save changes -> edit form was closed, old version 0.0.1 displayed on application view form -> bug
  4. try to create publication request for app -> request failed with error -> result of step3

Actual result

Note: the save behaviour if update other field for app, icon for example

Expected result

Changes made on Edit form should be saved correctly and displayed on the app's card
