How to reproduce

Steps:

  1. create New conversation
  2. select model on the top of Talk to list
  3. create several New conversations with the same model
  4. refresh page
  5. click on New conversation button -> New conversation was created with model not from the top of Talk to list, but from latest not empty conversation -> bug

Actual result

Expected result

On New conversation button click new chats should be created with model from the top of talk to list
