Changing Umbraco.Core.Path doesn’t reflect on the links of Dashboard view. Looking into TheDashboard.html the href is hardcoded with the relative path /umbraco/

Hi,
Links to all history tasks are correctly routed if I set in web.config the key
The following summary links:
/umbraco#/content/content/recyclebin
/umbraco#/member/member/list/all-members
still have "umbraco" path.
I'm sorry, but I don't have the skills for a PR...
