Reload option doesn't respect overridden excepthook

Create your main.py file as follows

import sys

def excepthook(type, exception, traceback):
    print("overridden")

sys.excepthook = excepthook

print(1/0)

Then run

python -m uvicorn main:app

Output should be

overridden

Now run

python -m uvicorn main:app --reload

Output will show a full stack trace and ZeroDivisionError instead
