adding units to the ttl files for the logsheets

I think we should consider adding units to the ttl files with the logsheet metadata for the sampling and observatory metadata - I think for the measurements the units are in there already?
the units are in the logsheet_shema_extended file, so we can add them from there
I guess these units are in the ontology, but if it is the ttls that go into the triple store, then those units will get lost

@laurianvm doublecheck whether units are in ttl & add from logsheet_schema_extended if not the case

included units for 'tot_depth_water_col' (pulling from the logsheet_schema_extended);
for 'latitude' and 'longitude' this was not necessary because they're used in a WKT string.

NOTE: the logsheet_schema_extended now needs to be provided as a set 'Schema'
