gnome-evolution: warning during sending email #234

after sending an email the following message appears:

Some background is described in #30.
Evolution seems to be really aggressive about moving to Sent on client side.

I believe there may be a hydroxide workaround:

Send an email
If asked to move to o Sent, wait for the email to appear there on the server side
Return success if it has appeared
