Hostname wrong in user's image URL in email

I just received the automated email about guests arriving today, and there's an inline image for the person arriving. The image URL in the email looks like:

http://cache/images/avatars/lu-davidson/06995205-8eb3-420d-843f-49bd17364b8d/831a681f8fa9caa4d9a772a7d453e667.jpg

The image URL for this user's image taken from their profile on the live MN site is:

https://media.embassynetwork.com/public/avatars/lu-davidson/06995205-8eb3-420d-843f-49bd17364b8d.png

Note the actual full URL for the image in the gmail email is below and I've made the assumption that the part before the '#' is added by Google to proxy/cache the image.
