Getting 412 error when using Outlook email service

I'm getting the following 412 error when I try to send an email using the Outlook service:

Outlook: The user account which was used to submit this request does not have the right to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account., Cannot submit message.

My understanding is that Outlook is not allowing EmailJS to send an email on behalf of my account, which is a similar error you get when using the Gmail service. To correct the error with the Gmail service, disconnecting and adding the same account again fixes the issue as explained here: Gmail 412 error

I've tried this same approach with a few different Outlook accounts with no traction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I've reconnected the account three times and got a test email each time

In this case, you have no issues with the connection to the provider itself. Most likely, you have something wrong with the "From" field in the template. I recommend using the checkbox to use the default address.
