Can't get script to send email. It says email is sent but emails are not received. #187

I don't receive the actual email nor do I receive the confirmation email that I should as administrator nor do I receive the thank you for your email template because it's all going to my email. The code for the contact page is balloon and a video is attached of what's happening..
