Setting op/highlight-render to 'htmlize with default theme has no visible effect. Yes, it does render code blocks using htmlize, but that doesn't make any sense as long as we have prettify.js and media/js/main.js unconditionally messing pre blocks up. Maybe it would be better to include these scripts only if op/highlight-render is 'js?
