Restructure project. #9

Because there are a bunch of different types of projects (website, scraper, npm packages) in the mix here, getting CI and builds setup will be a mess using a monorepo.

The scraper should probably be scrapped in favor of a faster and always-on system (see #8 ).
As a result, this repository should be archived once the new projects are set up.
Right now I think it should be split into 4 repositories

  1. SDK & SDK docs
  2. Manifest (the manifest explorer would probably be integrated into the SDK docs if it lives on)
  3. Auto-updating manifest
  4. Manifest version monitor (web service that triggers manifest rebuilds & releases)
