Prior to this pull request, the repository was a static set of T-SQL files. I'd like to make this easier to configure and I'd also like to add multiple languages, so I'm wrapping the entire thing in a Python project. The configuration can be specified through Python, and the same configuration could be used with multiple plugins to generate the same set of tables in multiple languages (and perhaps even in more unusual formats, like Excel).
