As a user interacting with Tango, I want to know the last update date of the data model, so that I know if, e.g., the survey was changed recently.
This could be shown publicly.

This includes also "last update" information shown to Training Coordinators (TrC) in upload pages.

"When did my node last updated the information about this event?"
