Far2l Releases Date before Ubuntu 25.04 Debian Import Freeze #2646

it is 5 days from sid to testing... 10 days is plenty enough, what are the upcing changes? what i am missing is a config file launch option. i always want far2l and far2ledit be launched with i am aware of aliases but prefer to avoid them. |
I can think about making command line options in the config, I also think it is important. but until elfmz accepts pr there is little sense in this |

We are now past the import freeze, but if a new release is soon (e.g. in February or first half of March), it will be still possible to copy package from Debian to Ubuntu manually. |
i am just waiting for a new release... the mr is fine however did not want another source tarball as that would require changes in copyright... so just waiting for it |

@elfmz and @alexmyczko tell your opinion about appropriate far2l release date.
@alexmyczko If release is on before February 10 will that be enough days to guarantee that deb packages will be in Debian by February 20 or do you need more days?
