skipping regular detection option

@john-shaffer you commented recently about needing to skip the detect step from core. Can we use the wp2static_modify_initial_crawl_list filter instead to set it to /? That should allow the 1-click export method to keep working with this addon's options set for discovering URLs

We can't do that because the implementation doesn't remove URLs from the table. It can only add URLs. Also, for very large/slow sites, it'd be nice to be able to skip the default detection.
