Consider activating night light by default or at least make it quickly configurable

Problem

I personally can't live without night light anymore and prefer having it enabled 24/7 on all my devices.
It is an annoying chore to configure it to be always on after reinstalling eOS.

Proposal

Either: Have night light on by default on all new installations
Or: Have two radio buttons already displayed within the onboarding app:

• Always use night light
• Configure night light schedule

I'm going to transfer this to display settings since there isn't currently a way to set up nightlight to always be on

The way I do currently is going to the night light settings and set up a schedule from 00:00 to 00:00
