Hi @romanr,
It seems that this is the only custom plugin (not add-on) under active development that you have installed.
Custom-Sidebar is a production-ready custom plugin which is in active development and most of the things that are changed are coming from direct feedback or feature requests, so the best way to achieve this is releasing versions following Semantic Versioning. You can always install the plugin manually and remain in that version forever if you want and you will not receive HACS updates notifications, installing the custom-plugin through HACS is optional and makes HACS to create an update entity that will inform you every time that a release is pushed. If installing the plugin manually or skipping an update functionality are not valid options for you, you can always uninstall the plugin entirely, it seems that the value that you get from it doesn't compensate the waste of your time/cpu any time that an update pops up. Regards As this is not a bug or an issue with the custom plugin itself, I'll move this to discussions. |

Among of tens of addons installed this one is most frequently updated.
Every time settings update notification , it must be sidebar!
Such attention seeker.
But it’s a UI feature and not critical integration.
And releases are mostly minor and cosmetic. Yes let’s release and waste people’s time and cpu cycles anyway.
If you can maybe group those minor into one release at least?
