Kibana version: 8.5 onwards

Describe the bug:

Before 8.5 it was possible to set a custom data-bound (not 0-based necessarily) for any type of XY chart type. After #128255 this feature was removed to align with Lens (not voluntarily).
This is a regression and should be fixed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a XY bar chart with custom data bounds on a 8.4 instance (say 10-1000 interval)
  2. Upgrade the instance to a newer 8.5+ version
  3. The chart is now 0-based

Expected behavior:

The previous data-bounds set should be kept.

Thanks for opening this @dej611, I created elastic/elastic-charts#2223 to address the root cause of this in charts.
