Kibana version: 7.14.0

Elasticsearch version: 7.14.0

Describe the bug:

See screenshots, ticks and labels move to the wrong spot when changing from some decimals to none while using the lens number formatter on the horizontal axis

Screenshots (if relevant):

with decimals = 1 all is well:

with decimals = 0 the ticks and labels are incorrect:
