What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to read the attached dbf with any version of the library up to 3.0.1
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It crash
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dll up to 3.0.1 on Windowx XP 32bit
Please provide any additional information below.
It seem that some kind of dbf are not in the correct format, but they can be opened and readed from any standard dbf program, like even the old 1995 Borland one, excel or access
If you know about ESRI and ArcMap/ArcCatalog any shapefile created from version 9.2+ are not getting readed
