What's the diference between Permit remote kill and DTMF kill lock options? #537

Using Chirp I can see some DTMF Settings related to DTMF remote kill, but DTMF kill lock is confusing for me:

Permit remote kill: Enable remote kill
Kill code: Kill code
Revive code: Revive code
DTMF kill lock: Unknown
