Prevent runner tree copy to speed up initialisation

Current implementation of the entrypoint.sh will copy the runner code for when not running with ephemeral runners. When running with ephemeral runners, and since a new "container" is created prior to initialising each runner, the copy should not be necessary. Bypassing the copy should provide for a quicker startup time of each runner.
