ArgoCD 2.13 RC: Multi-Source apps out of beta

With the new release candidate of ArgoCD, the multi-source application support is officially out of beta. Once the RC is accepted, we should make sure it now works as intended and then update the exercise text accordingly here: https://github.com/eficode-academy/argocd-katas/blob/main/argocd-and-helm.md

Currently, the UI tend to break when going from single source to multi source app.
