currently when no more addresses are available the user does not get the option for ETH payments anymore - there should be some kind of warning to the event operator

seems to not doable in a global way as I heard from @raphaelm via mail. But we expose it indirectly via #152 now and change this ticket to expose the warning in the plugin settings.
