Here is a patch to remove jakarta-regex dependency and use Java Regex #11

I've been told that the later Java versions have majorly improved the 
performance of Regex.   This patch removes the jakarta-regex prerequisite and 
uses the Java Pattern/Matcher classes instead.  Maybe making it leaner on 
prereqs is a good thing.

I should also mention that I changed the code to use CASE INSENSITVE pattern 
searching, since most people are going to use it to find file extensions.
