Feature Request: Add Detailed Dataset Statistics to README

The README currently lacks detailed statistics about the datasets (e.g., word counts, unique words, per-variety breakdowns).
I propose adding a "Dataset Statistics" section with tables and visualizations to help users understand the data better.

Example:

• Total words, unique words, and sentence counts per variety.
• Visualizations (word clouds, histograms).

This will improve transparency and usability of the datasets.
