Filenames with blanks or non-ascii characters

Hello. Thanks for sharing.
In the current state the programs rather seem like prototypes. Though I must admit they're lightning fast even without CUDA.
footprint-audio doesn't support filenames with non-ascii characters at all and has issues with blanks.
In my test cases (with background noises) the recognition was worse than Dejavu's.
