Changing values (model) in header can modify other chat in a session

How to reproduce:

1. Start eca
2. Write How are you?
3. Press Ctrl-c + Ctrl-n to open another chat.
4. Press Ctrl+c Ctrl+m and change a model.
5. The model will be changed in the first chat.

config/updated doesn't know about chat-id which is probably the main issue.

@ericdallo Interestingly, even if you manage to set up chats for the right models and stop switching them, the same might not apply to variants; you have to re-align them every time you switch the chat and to do that you must reactivate the model. Otherwise all available variants come from the model in the previous chat.

TLDR: Variants might not correspond to the selected model in chat.
