Eclipse Mosaic and the implementation of a Logica Dynamic Map

Hey,
I am new to using Eclipse Mosaic.
I need to create an LDM (Logical Dynamic Map) to store information about the vehicles that are in communication with an RSU.
We need to collect this information to be accessed by an application server.
Does Eclipse Mosaic provide this LDM somehow or do we have to develop it ourselves?
