Server creation based on config file(json/xml) to assembly the nodes?

Hi,
Anyone has any how to automate the name space creation based on a kind of config file, json/xml/platin text?

Some kind of system has a fixed structure of data, and others is more dynamically and is complicated to create the name space hardcode if needs to add new field on node.

just thinking about it.
