Inform tycho about IUs coming from other non-tycho projects in reactor

Hi,

I have a custom maven plugin that creates eclipse-updatesite for binary data. If any of my eclipse feature requires an IU that will be coming from project with custom packaging type, the eclipse feature dependency resolution fails.

Can I somehow tell tycho that there is another project from where this IU will come and you can use eclipse-updatesite from there later while building.
