tycho-packaging-plugin parameters clarifications

A couple of doubts I have on the plugin's usage.

1. The additionalFileSets documentation says

   ... If conflicting, additional files win over bin.includes

   I don't understand what conflicting means? What could an example be?

2. Is it possible to output the fileset under a different directory (like FileMapper but for the output directory)?
