Langium 3.4 and attaching to langium language server

Hi, after updating to Langium 3.4 attaching to the language server does no longer work for us.
do you have a hint what could cause that

we use esbuild for bundling and something seems to break it in 3.4

hmmm disabling tree shaking in esbuild seems to work ....
looks like the treeshaking does not really understand the dep. injection
