'More Info', 'Share' Button and other Links in Featured section are not accessible using Keyboard in windows.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Eclipse IDE app in windows.
2. Press tab key to reach to the 'Help' control and activate it.
3. Press down arrow key to navigate to the 'Eclipse marketplace' control and activate it.
4. 'Eclipse Marketplace' dialog will appear.
5. Press tab key to navigate to the 'More Info' button present inside the feature section.
6. Verify whether 'More Info', 'Share' Button and other Links in Featured section are accessible using Keyboard or not.

Expected behavior
'More Info', 'Share' Button and other Links in Featured section should be accessible using Keyboard in windows.
