Add new validation to Contribute to Catalog workflow

Currently, when the user wants to contribute with a TD to a catalog using the Contribute To Catalog button, the validation on the first step contains 3 schemas that are the 3 validations that will be made.

This issue will add a new schema to this validation set.

• File to work on ContributeToCatalogDialog.tsx

Desire behaviour:

• The same as other validations present.
• Errors should be dealt in the same way as the other validations.
