Update build to not use http://eclipseguru.github.io/missing-swt-fragments/

Because of
Bug 491951 - Unable to satisfy dependency from org.eclipse.swt v20160317 to org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.aarch64, I believe we are using the p2 repo from http://eclipseguru.github.io/missing-swt-fragments/

It looks like Bug 491951 has been resolved, so we should update our build.

In particular, these files should be updated:

/org.eclipse.triquetrum.target.platform/org.eclipse.triquetrum.target.platform.target:      <repository location="http://eclipseguru.github.io/missing-swt-fragments/"/>
./org.eclipse.triquetrum.target.platform/org.eclipse.triquetrum.target.platform.tpd:location "http://eclipseguru.github.io/missing-swt-fragments/" {

I updated the tpd and target file and removed the dependency.
