Describe the bug Emmeans in general and beta regression in particular are not supported by the "report" package. Would be nice if it worked:
To Reproduce d <- mtcars %>% mutate(mpg = mpg/100, cyl = factor(cyl))
library(betareg) m <- betareg(mpg ~ cyl, data = d)
library(sjPlot) plot_model(m, type = "pred")
library(emmeans) emmeans(m, pairwise ~ cyl, type = "response")
library(report) report(m)
report( emmeans(m, pairwise ~ cyl, type = "response") )
Thanks upfront!
Specifications (please complete the following information):
packageVersion("report") [1] ‘0.5.7’ packageVersion("emmeans") [1] ‘1.8.7’ packageVersion("betareg") [1] ‘3.1.4’
