Any update on documentation

I am able to install project without any problem, but facing the problem to access the local website from the browsers.

If you have latest deployment documentation, please do share.

@remexre Since the RUST rewrite (openCTF -> libreCTF), you are no more using docker. So ok closing #32 but you must update challenge-import.md that is still talking about python and docker. Maybe other documents need to be updated.
