Explanation on the UAE Health Sector
Health facilities within the UAE are managed by different governmental entities based on the emirate they are established in.
Abu Dhabi: DOH (Department of Health) - Integration with Malaffi which follows Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security (ADHICS) Standards. Link
Dubai: DHA (Dubai Health Authority) - Integration with Nabidh Link
All Other Emirates: Ministry of Health And Prevention (Federal) - Integration with Riayati Link
Describe the solution you'd like
This might be overwhelming but the process should go as the following:
Integration with the Ministry of Health which provides the Riayati Platform that is federal and linked with all other Authorities. They have provided clear documentation on integration procedures here
Riayati is also compatible with Dubai's Nabidh and acquiring Dubai Health Authorities integration approval is a matter of time with no significant extra steps from the developers' side.
The hectic part is integrating with the capital's EHR platform (Malaffi) as it has few tens of pages of additional standards but this should be the last step in this procedure.
Note 1: While all the above healthcare platforms are connected with each other, facilities within a specific emirate can only use a HMS system that integrates with their local health authority.
Note 2: All practiciones are connected with HIE SSO which is explained in the Ministry of Health documentation provided above.
Note 3: E-claim support is a separate process and has no relation with integrating ERPNEXT in UAE Health Sector. It is also documented in E-Claims post office which can be found at the same Riayati portal of Ministry of Health
