Keys and instructions working with the local build

Something that helped me play around with the ebook reader is running the binary locally in Ubuntu with make -j then ./build/reader. I had to find the keys to make this work by randomly running my hand over the keyboard. I should have probably looked at the code itself, but I found what I needed. It would be nice if the following was added somewhere:

Keys

• Menu : Shift
• esc: close
• e/left: next page
• t/right: last page
• down: one line down
• up: one line up

Thanks again for an awesome project! Ive read quite a few smaller books between breaks with this and the MM.
