Pre-release for testing KLog-2.3.4-RC2 ADIF Import & Export test

This is a TESTING RELEASE ONLY.

For this release there is a lot of code rewritten to improve the way KLog import & export ADIF files.
If you want to test, please backup your data, install this version and do intensive testing importing and exporting ADIF files.

Please expect to find failures and report them creating issues in github or via the Telegram channels.

Other tests that can be done:

• Callsigns that are not in the by default CQ/ITU zones are correctly detected if present in the cty.dat file.
• Windows64:
  • The TLS error when downloading files (cty.dat or other) should not be any longer appearing.
  • The map should appear when requested.
