wait every package installation before to generate documentation

The finish step of this application works nicely but it's xar name prevent to index xar sorted after.

I don't know the details but as a first workarroung I thougth about using a zz prefix to improve the number of xar indexed. But looking quickly at my docker existdb:latest logs the order does not seem to be honored. I guess it was the case...
Maybe a smart trigger can be catched before eXist-db start ?

Anyway, as an exemple on my current setup, it would be better that monex documentation comes in the database on a fresh installation without requesting to regenerate.

As a work around you can login as admin and regenerate the documentation.
