Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The mass at the slack needs to be a variable of the newton raphson to solve other problems like the gas mixture approach.

Describe the solution you'd like

Determine the slack mass equation
Derive the derivatives
Adapt build_system_matrix accordingly
Extract the results directly from the pit
