readme: make logo background white #502

Some of the logos in the readme have transparent background which makes them look odd in GitHub Dark Mode. A white background should be used.

A good substitute for the Fraunhofer Logo could be the png version provided by Wikimedia: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/d/d7/Fraunhofer_IEE_Logo.svg/200px-Fraunhofer_IEE_Logo.svg.png
