`vfc` should define query results on protobuf #19

currently, on VFC queries, we use custom result, not defined in proto files

type vfBankContractResult struct {
	Address  string `json:"address"`
	Type     string `json:"type"`
	State    string `json:"state"`
	MinDenom string `json:"min_denom"`
	Decimals uint32 `json:"decimals"`
	Name     string `json:"name"`
}

It makes it hard for 3rd party to work with the interface
