This issue has been known for a while, but I decided it's worth it to make an issue to document it. Renaming the Smartpen usually works (the only time it didn't work for me was on a 100% brand new pen), but either immediately after renaming the pen, or when attempting to retrieve data from the pen after we rename the pen, LibreScribe crashes. Starting LibreScribe again indicates that the pen was, in fact, renamed. This issue is incredibly annoying, but I don't consider it very major, considering the fact that it doesn't really cause any problems.
